About the Judging Process

We use the real ball position to judge all of our competitions simply because that’s exactly what we are asking you to do – Fix-the-Ball! We use four different cursors and place the Centre of these as close to the Centre of the actual ball position on the original photo as we can visually. The software then works out the average position from the four and that coordinate is deemed the Centre of the ball coordinates. The winner is then automatically found from the database of players entries as the player who has an X closest to the center of ball coordinates. Runners up and credits won for being close are also calculated and shown to all who played and have logged in on this results page.

Our independent Auditor John Payne from gambling and gaming specialists Licensing Lawyers Ltd. in Leeds has reviewed the entire judging process.
